What shipping options are available?

We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express delivery arrives within 1-3 business days depending on your location.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day change of mind policy for most items, provided they are in original condition with proof of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?

Yes, all Zamel's jewellery comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or loss.

Can I resize a ring after purchasing?

Many of our rings can be resized by our professional jewellers. We recommend visiting your local Zamel's store for a fitting and a quote, as some designs and metals cannot be altered.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I care for my diamond jewellery?

To maintain the brilliance of your diamonds, we recommend cleaning them with a soft brush and mild soapy water. We also offer professional cleaning services at all our retail locations.
