  Locate your original tax invoice or store receipt as proof of purchase is required for all processing of refunds or replacements.

  Visit any Zamel’s retail store for an immediate exchange or refund, or contact our customer service team to initiate a return via mail for online orders.

  Processing and Refund

  Once your item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
